Applications:
- Whipped cream, allows for endless uses, such as fillings, chantilly cream, cake decoration, cappuccinos, ice cream, etc., with great ease for piping bags.
 - Liquid cream, very useful for cooking or for the CARPIGIANI automatic machine (especially suitable).
 - Cream cake, by adding sugar during preparation, it allows for the creation of an excellent cream cake.

						Manufacturingen breve 
					Whipped Cream:
1.- Dissolve the contents of the bag in 3 liters of cold whole milk.
2.- Beat at low speed for 2 minutes, then at high speed for 8 minutes.
3.- Let it rest in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Liquid Cream:
1.- Dissolve the contents of the bag in 3 liters of cold whole milk.
2.- Beat at low speed for 2 minutes, ensuring the product is fully diluted but not whipped.
Cream Cake:
1.- Dissolve the contents of the bag in 2.5 liters of cold whole milk.
2.- Add 100g of sugar.
3.- Beat at low speed for 2 minutes, then at high speed for 8 minutes.
4.- Place in a mold with a base of sponge cake.
5.- Let it rest in the fridge for 45 minutes.
6.- Unmold and decorate to taste.
